Speech Evaluator (SpeechEval) is an office automation tool used to collect information for bilingual and monolingual NYC Early Intervention (EI) and Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) bilingual and monolingual speech, language and feeding evaluations. SpeechEval consists of an Excel spreadsheet and a dozen customized Word report templates. This web page is meant to provide an overview of the spreadsheet and its use in generating customized speech and language evaluation reports. See new Special Offer below.
SpeechEval 4.2 includes support for the following:
q Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale* — Includes all six (6) domains (Interaction, Pragmatics, Gesture, Play, Language Comprehension and Language Expression.) Including support for Basal, Emerging and Ceiling levels. q Westby Symbolic Play Scale* (Westby) – Includes the latest stage descriptions from Stage I through X.
q Goldman Fristoe Test of Articulation – Second Edition* (GFTA-2) – Includes fields for overall result and language that the test was administered in, including all languages defined by the user.
q Khan-Lewis Phonological Analysis* – Second Edition (KLPA-2) – New in this release are updated and enhanced phonological processes, and new including fields for Standard Score, Percentile rank and additional comment fields.
q Expressive One-Word Picture Vocabulary Test* (EOWPVT) — Includes support for children ages 3 years to 18 years and 11 months.
q Expressive One-Word Picture Vocabulary Test Spanish Bilingual Edition* (EOW-SBE) — Includes support for children ages 4 years to 12 years and 11 months.
